Referrals and Other Services

We accept patients on a walk-in or referral basis. Referrals may come from physicians, physician assistants, advanced nurse practitioners, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals. Although a referral is not required to receive care, it may be required by your insurance carrier to receive coverage.

As a service to you, our staff will bill your insurance carrier. We accept a variety of insurances and payment methods including:

  * Health insurance*
  * Workers’ compensation
  * Auto insurance
  * Veterans Administration
  * Medicaid
  * Medicare
  * Cash, Check, Credit Card

*In addition to accepting many health plans, we are a preferred provider for Aetna and Premera Blue Cross.

Appointments are available during the morning, lunch and early evening hours Monday through Friday.
